Arno O. Mayer, CFA, CFP, Founder of Financial Trust Asset Management, has been providing investment advisory services since 1986. He founded Financial Trust Asset Management in 1989.

Arno earned his B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in 1985 and he has also earned the following designations, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1989 and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1999.

Mr. Mayer's career includes being the Director of Quantitative Research/Portfolio manager for Steinberg Global Asset Management as well as working as a Vice President at NationsBank/Stevens Nations Funds division covering Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.  Mr. Mayer also ran the mutual fund division of Great Western Bank's Sierra Trust Funds in the State of Florida.
